Adjunct Forms

Adjunct Overload Request (2022)

This form is for when a dean or associate/assistant dean is contacting the Union to request an adjunct exemption/overload. The form links to and includes language from our local’s Addendum to Adjunct Teaching MOA and includes questions that reflect whether the request meets the “exceptional circumstances when a fully-scheduled adjunct may exceed the usual adjunct teaching load.”

Adjunct Additional TCH Documentation (2022)

This form should be completed by a dean or associate/assistant dean when an adjunct has been “assigned duties involving modes of instruction other than classroom, such as, but not limited to, independent study, supervision of internships or practice teaching, or assigned to teach regularly scheduled courses for which collegiate credit is not granted.” Similarly, this form links to and includes language from Article XIIB Adjunct Workload and from Stockton’s 2008 Faculty Workload Agreement.
