Q. HOW DOES FACULTY RECEIVE TUITION REIMBURSEMENT FOR THEIR CHILDREN ATTENDING STOCKTON?
A. An employee must pay the bill first and after a student receives their grades they are to be submitted to the Bursar’s Office. The proper form must be completed and can be found in Human Resources or on line under HR’s e-forms http://talon.stockton.edu/eyos/page.cfm?siteID=27&pageID=1. (Please go to Tuition Refund Program, under Agreements, for complete terms of the agreement.)
Q. HOW DO I JOIN A CREDIT UNION?
A. Payroll office has the form, or go to http://www.goabco.org/
Q. HOW DO I HAVE MY SALARY ADJUSTED TO BE PAID 12 MONTHS INSTEAD OF 10?
A. You must set this up with the Credit Union. Forms are available in Payroll office or the SFT office.
Q. WHEN IS THE OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR HEALTH INSURANCE, WHO IS ELIGIBLE AND WHAT ARE THE RATES?
A. The open enrollment is from October 1 to October 31 each year. An employee must be in PERS (Public Employee Retirement System) and have worked 3 consecutive semesters to be eligible. The rates will be posted in Human resources each October. Adjuncts and Part-Time employees who are in PERS are also eligible.
Q. WHAT ARE SOME OF THE LIBRARY PRIVILEGES AND SERVICES AVAILABLE TO RETIRED FACULTY?

Q. HOW DO I RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT FOR EYEGLASSES/LENSES?
A. Page 51 of the Agreement defines who is eligible for this benefit. Qualified faculty may fill out and submit 2 forms located in Payroll, along with their receipt for reimbursement.
Q.HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT MY PENSION AND BENEFITS?
A. Human Resources at Stockton has answers , or The Division of Pensions and Benefits (DPB) has developed a new set of Internet-based applications that allow registered members access to their pension and health benefits information. Registered members will also have the ability to submit a pension loan online. Registration is free and easy. A demonstration of the application is available at http://www.state.nj.us/treasury/pensions/. The demonstration is listed under recorded sessions. For assistance during the registration process, the Division provides a MBOS Help Desk that is available Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 609-777-0534.
